Axis Telesolutions Inc. offers a variety of warranty options. The one year warranty is an advance replacement warranty protecting against manufacturer defects. You will feel confident in knowing your equipment is backed by a leader in the telecommunication industry.
Axis Telesolutions, Inc. offers a very diverse group of services and hardware, so our warranties are just as diverse. Please remember to confirm with your account manager what the warranties are for the particular hardware or service you are receiving.
New Equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty. This warranty is typically one year and is covered by the manufacturer after the first 90 days and starts with the date of shipment. You will receive all your warranty information at the time of item receipt, in your packaging. The items covered by this warranty are typically headsets, voice conferencing units, network hardware and some telephones. The manufacturers of this hardware are typically Plantronics, Polycom, Netgear and Scitec. It is important to review your warranty information when you receive the item. Axis does not warranty against customer abuse, neglect or acts of God.
Unused Equipment typically carries a one year advance replacement warranty.
This warranty is covered by Axis Telesolutions for the entire warranty period and starts with the date of shipment. Out of box failures will be replaced with unused hardware.
For all other warranty replacements, Axis reserves the right to replace defective hardware with unused hardware or refurbished hardware.
Out of box failures, are failures that occur during initial installation, as long as the installation occurs within 90 days of the original sale.
The hardware must be returned with original packaging. Axis reserves the right to use unused of refurbished hardware to replace equipment returned without original packing or that is installed after 90 days.
Unused hardware is hardware typically from: Avaya, Nortel, and Cisco.
Axis does not warranty against customer abuse, neglect or acts of God.
Refurbished Equipment typically comes with a one year advance replacement warranty.
This warranty is covered by Axis Telesolutions, Inc. and starts with the date of shipment.
We do offer shorter or longer warranty periods based on price, so it is important to confirm your warranty with your account manager. Axis does not warranty against customer abuse, neglect or acts of God.
One Year Advance Replacement Warranty Terms
If a problem occurs with your phone system equipment or parts within the first three hundred and sixty (360) calendar days from the date of shipment, Axis Telesolutions will advance replace it with a prepaid call tag to ship the defective equipment back. Under normal conditions, Axis Telesolutions will ship the replacement equipment within one (1) business day, when under warranty. Axis Telesolutions will only ship replacement equipment using the original shipping method. Expedited shipping is available, provided the customer pays the total cost to ship the equipment.
Customer will be issued a Return Authorization # from Axis Telesolutions and the defective equipment must be sent back to Axis no later than ten (10) business days after the ship date of the replacement equipment. Should defective equipment not be returned in the proper time frame, the customer will be issued an invoice for the advance replacement item(s) and payment will be due.
When returning defective equipment, please make sure to include all power cords, power supplies, cables, and any other equipment being replaced. There will be a 20% Restocking Fee for any equipment that is returned incomplete.

All Batteries come with a 90 day warranty and after thirty days, Axis reserves the right to replace any battery with a reconditioned battery. Axis does not warranty against customer abuse, neglect or acts of God.
Repair Service Warranty
Repair Service typically comes with a one year repair warranty.
Axis repairs a variety of hardware, so repair warranties are our most diverse and can be negotiated with price. Always confirm your repair warranty period, with your account manager.
Normal Repair Warranty: One year warranty and is typically offered on most desk sets, circuit packs, media modules, wireless handsets and voice conferencing units.
90 Day Repair Warranty: 90 day warranty and is typically offered on some wireless products and video conference units.
Limited Repair Warranty: The limited warranty is typically offered on video conferencing units and covers the repair of the original problem only.
Extended Repair Warranty: This will range in length and can be added to most products for an additional price.
Axis does not warranty against customer abuse, neglect or acts of God.
Axis reserves the right to examine hardware being returned under any warranty, for any of the above.
If it is determined that any of the above items are found to be the cause of the hardware malfunction, the customer will be notified of the available options: the customer has the choice of being billed for the cost of the replacement items or for the repair services needed to correct the problem.
Axis reserves the right to issue a credit for hardware or services in lue of sending replacement hardware or offering warranty repair service. This credit will not exceed the original purchase price of the hardware or repair service.
WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
1) Equipment damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, or neglect.
2) Equipment that has been altered or modified without authorization by Axis Telesolutions.
3) Equipment rendered inoperative by fire, flood, lightening or any ACT OF NATURE.
If you must cancel an order for any reason, please contact your account manager immediately or call us at 866-867-2947 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org; include your name, order number, item part number and description. An Axis Telesolutions Customer Service Representative will determine whether the order has already shipped. If your order has not been shipped, we will process the cancellation with no fees. If you receive the order please contact the returns department and it will be handled under our normal Return Policy.
Any order placed on a credit card and then subsequently cancelled, will result in a 2% to 3% cancellation charge.
Axis Telesolutions accepts returns on new and refurbished phone system equipment. There will be a 20% restocking fee assessed on all returned phones, phone system equipment and parts. Products must be returned within fifteen (30) calendar days of Invoice. After fifteen (30) calendar days, no returns will be accepted. All equipment must be returned as received, with all original packaging, documentation and accessories. Products that are incomplete or defective will not be refunded. Any new or unused products returned with a broken manufacturer's seal are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Advance Replacement Repair Program Rules
The sales price of the item and the repair price have to be determined before the sales order is initiated.
The type and release of the hardware must be determined before the order is initiated and any variations in hardware or release need to be agreed upon before the shipment goes out, so price adjustments can be made.
Not all equipment is covered under this program.
The defective hardware must be returned within seven days.
You must return the exact type of hardware and release/version.
You must return all the hardware; cords, power supplies, etc.
If your defective hardware can not be repaired, then you will be responsible for the total purchase price of the item.
