It boots up to the Visual Concert VSX screen and goes no further, see attached picture. Eventually it goes to sleep and will not wake up unless I recycle power by pulling the power cord out and plugging it back in. The power button does flicker when I send it commands from the remote so it does appear to acknowledge them, but the screen just does not change.


  1. Power the unit off.
  2. On the remote, press and hold the * key during power up until Polycom splash screen appears change the codec video output to VGA.
